领袖结束咯～～
4天3夜的领袖培训营～～
每天的都要1点过后才可以睡...
有够力到...
这个营，
有一大堆的讲座～～
真够意思，
学了一大堆东西～～
还做了很多我平时不会做的东西
例如：国标舞...（请不要想象画面...)
回去培风多一次，
再次去吃cendol～～
到新场办营火会（做么食物不熟的...>.<)
和其他学会一起做成果展～～
舞蹈+戏剧+空手道+西洋剑术+田径+羽球+篮球
指定表演：国标舞...(慧慧老师,这不好笑...)
这4天，
睡觉时间最高5小时...
最低4小时...
虽然有点折磨，
但偶尔做一下傻事也蛮不错下的～～
营里学到的，
至少我懂明年要怎样策划了...（等着瞧...)
顺便一提，
今天顺便拉买轩岐来做表演～～
他一直将我欺骗他...
说实话我只是没告诉他详情，

23/12/09(平安夜前夕。。）
今天大概是我今年田径练习的最后一天吧～～
明天要去补习，
准备去面对明年的挑战..
离题了离题了，
回来回来～～
今天很难得...
有一大堆很久没出现的人不约而同一起回来...
老的回来学校聚一聚...
那把刀终于从餐厅中飞回田径队了...
以心很痛闻名田径队的顺喜也回来了...
咱们田径队大佬今天请假没来,
偏偏今天就有一大堆人"中奖"...

唉。。。
对我而言，
今天是集训的第二天。。。
几乎有4个月没跑步了。。。
体能跌到透顶了～～
今天啊。。。
一如往常。。
骑脚车到学校练习。。
跟泉金&泽丰跑了个 tmn.kaya 小圈。。。（才一个哦。。。）
过后跑6圈warm-up（意外的多了少少。。。）
做基本～～
跑学生楼。。。（10圈～～）
就被K了。。。
回家的时候全身酸痛。。。
才发现。。
原来半个假期都在吃好的睡好的。。
太久没运动了～～
没体能了～～
又要从零开始了。。。
大家，
在家没事做就会来一起练习咯。。
现在的新生还多过久生。。
人手不足啦～～
